By accessing and using the AEO Audit tool ("Service") provided by RevDev LLC ("Company"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

AEO Audit is a web-based tool that analyzes websites for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) factors. The service provides insights, recommendations, and scoring based on automated analysis of publicly accessible web content.

3. Beta Service

This service is currently in beta. While we strive for accuracy, the service may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies. Results should be used as guidance only and not as definitive assessments.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that could damage or impair the Service
• Submit malicious URLs or attempt to exploit the Service

5. Privacy and Data

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service. URLs submitted for analysis are processed and may be temporarily stored for service improvement. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RevDev LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
